I’m Walae Kasmi, a project manager and researcher working at the intersection of migration, gender equality, and social innovation. With experience leading EU-funded initiatives across Europe and the Mediterranean, I focus on building inclusive ecosystems where communities can thrive.
Over the past years, I’ve:
- Coordinated international projects supporting migrants and refugees through entrepreneurship, education, and social inclusion.
- Worked with diverse teams and partners across civil society, academia, and international organizations.
- Contributed to policy analysis, research, and advocacy on migration, sustainability, and gender justice.
