As a European project coordinator, I design and lead initiatives that connect research, policy, and practice. My work focuses on social innovation, migration, gender equality, and youth empowerment across the Euro-Med region. Below are some of the projects I coordinate, along with other programs facilitated by my organization, which also offer pathways for participation and training.
EU-funded projects
You SI Net Reload is an Erasmus virtual project, which brings together partners from Italy, Spain, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, and Jordan to strengthen youth social innovation and entrepreneurship.
Through training courses, local actions, and MOOCs, we are building a Euro-Mediterranean community of young changemakers who design solutions for inclusion and sustainability.

EmpowerHER is an EU-funded project, which brings together partners from Italy, Spain, and Greece, key arrival countries for migration, to promote women’s empowerment and economic independence.
Through workshops, mentoring, and community events, the project supports young women in building skills, networks, and confidence to create positive change in their communities.
Currently in its research phase, the partners are conducting study visits and workshops across all three countries to gather insights that will inform a best practices guide.

SISY is an Erasmus+ project, which brings together partners from Spain, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, and Poland to promote the social inclusion of young people with learning disabilities.
Through sports and non-formal education, the project creates opportunities for participation, skill development, and intercultural exchange, fostering equality and inclusion at both local and international levels.
SISY also provides training for educators, youth workers, and coaches, equipping them with tools to support young people with diverse needs and to create more inclusive communities.

International Projects:
Conecta Migrants & Refugees Italia is an international program that supports migrants and refugees in Lazio and Lombardy to develop entrepreneurial skills and launch socially impactful businesses. Through training, mentoring, and incubation the project fosters inclusion and economic independence while connecting participants to a global network of entrepreneurship support.

YEIM UP (Young Entrepreneurs in Motion UP) is a European project, funded by the EU (DG Enterprise EASME), that facilitates business development support and international exchanges between entrepreneurs across Europe.
Through the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program, it connects new entrepreneurs eager to gain skills abroad with experienced hosts, with a focus on female, tech, and social entrepreneurship.

YoUEmbrace is an EU-funded project, which promotes the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program as an opportunity to support Ukrainian entrepreneurial innovation and contribute to rebuilding the country’s economic fabric.
